Gearheads a little more basic understanding of my
project's EVOLUTION, the progression, what's gone on with
my LS2 V8 Miata project. There were NO LSX conversion kit
manufacturers when I started, so every engine /
transmission change was a major redesign and fab
exercise.

Cool Down
This workout is not a complete total body workout but
fits well with Saturdays (Day 6) session. This is a good
mix of strength and endurance exercises and provides us
with plenty of room for progression.
